What types of digital purchases do you offer?

We offer two types of digital purchases:
Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available immediately once your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a download link shortly after purchase.

Made-to-order downloads:
Custom digital items tailored to your specifications. We will send you the files once they are completed.

How can I download my digital purchases?
To download your digital files, sign in to our website on your mobile browser or computer. Unfortunately, downloads aren't available through our app at this time.

I can’t find my download notification email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Adding our email address to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. You can still access your digital purchases in your account.

When will I receive my website access digital item?

The delivery window for your website access digital item depends on the platform you select. We typically have a processing time of 48-72 hours for delivery.  Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a link to access your website. If there are any issues with downloading, please email us at support@estevescreative.com. Please note that instant download items do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Contact us if you encounter any problems with your order.


I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an account. How do I get my files?

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email sent after purchase. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once they are completed. If you no longer have access to the email account used for the purchase, please contact us directly to discuss alternative delivery options.

I’m having trouble downloading my files. What should I do?

If nothing happens when you click the download links, try disabling any non-standard browser add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars. If your computer states that the file is corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us for further assistance. Ensure you have the required program to open the file type as indicated under the Highlights section of the listing.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item.

Digital listings are not typically returnable or cancelable. However, refunds for digital items are at our discretion. Please contact us directly if you'd like to request a refund for your digital order.
